"Let your BEAUTY be on HAND........" Leo Angelo Dela Cruz started his interest in the world of arts in Hair and Make up year 1999. He took a short course(COSMETOLOGY) as his fundamental. He enhance/up grade his skills as Hair and Make up Artist by attending seminars,reading books and magazines and also surfing Internet in relation to the arts of Hair and Make up to gathered information. He derived - BEAUTY ON HAND by means of his TALENT AND CRAFTS in hair and make up industry. Leo found his passion as early as his middle school years. "I was 14 when I started experimenting with makeup... At that time it may seem I fell in love with it too early... But now, I feel fortunate that even in my teens, I knew exactly what I wanted to do with my life." For the past years, Leo has dedicated his life and talent in doing makeup for ,photo-shoots, fashion shows, pageants, weddings and debuts. Leo usually leaves an intimidating first impression due to his rather strong personality, but his easy going humor and openness are what put her clients at ease. In addition, he is always ready to share tips and advice about simple make-up techniques to his clients. With that, he is able to incorporate a little of her own personality into his work.
